Safety standard
GPTImageGen25 is intended for lawful creative work, design exploration, education, and authorized image editing. Prompts, source images, and outputs must not be used to create or facilitate serious harm.
Disallowed content
- Sexual content involving minors or any exploitative sexual material.
- Instructions or imagery intended to facilitate violence, abuse, trafficking, or illegal activity.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or targeted harassment.
- Deceptive impersonation, fabricated evidence, or fraud presented as authentic.
- Content that exposes private personal information or violates confidentiality.
People and identity
Only edit another person’s likeness when you have permission or another lawful basis. Synthetic or materially edited media should be labeled when a reasonable viewer could otherwise mistake it for an authentic record.
Intellectual property
Do not use the service to copy protected material in a way that infringes another party’s rights. Avoid unauthorized logos, characters, packaging, confidential designs, and source images that you are not permitted to modify.
Enforcement and reporting
Access may be limited when activity appears to violate this policy, the terms of use, or applicable law. To report a concern, send the relevant page, date, and a concise description to hello@gptimagegen25.com without attaching illegal or highly sensitive material.
